How long does it take to get a response?

Products

The product or size I want is out of stock, what should I do?

You can leave your email address on the contact page. This way, you will automatically be notified when the item is back in stock.

How do I redeem my voucher code or gift card?

To redeem the voucher, add the discount code during the first part of the checkout. After doing this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Bancontact, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email contains the order number (5-digit), order summary, and shipping address.

I entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

To which countries do you ship?

We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free, covered by us.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a track and trace link. Here you can check the status of your order and provide additional instructions if needed.

I have not received my order; what should I do?

Have you not received your order? Sorry to hear that! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Within 1-3 business days, your order will be shipped. You will then receive an email with a track and trace link to follow the package. Have you not received this email, or is the status of your package unclear?

My track & trace indicates my order has been returned. What should I do?

Please contact us via info@Carasdo.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what happened and find a solution as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

I changed my mind, what now?

Changed your mind? No problem! If you indicate within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 5 days of receiving the returned order. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

I want to exchange the product, how do I do this?

You can exchange your order free of charge for a new item within 14 days from the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item to be exchanged. The new item will be sent to the customer within 5 days of receiving the returned package.

The product arrived damaged, what now?

Did you receive a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@Carasdo.com and we will ensure that you receive a new item free of charge within 5 days of receiving the email.


I received the wrong order, what now?

Did you receive the wrong product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@Carasdo.com and we will ensure that you receive the correct order free of charge within 5 days of receiving the email.

What if I never received my order?

If you never received the product, send us an email with your order number to: info@Carasdo.com and we will ensure that you receive the order again free of charge within 5 days of receiving the email.

I want to cancel, what now?

Changed your mind? No problem! If you indicate within 48 hours of placing your order that you wish to cancel it, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 5 days of receiving the cancellation.
